You can buy the book at photo-eye (see my link list) for 45 US$ plus shipping. If you are living in the USA you could also contact Kinokuniya which has several stores in the US. They should be able to order any Japanese book for you.

By the way, the Kinokuniya flagship store in Takashimaya Square/Shinjuku/Tokyo is one of my favorite bookstores in Japan.
